SL 101:Siebel
We offer trainings in horizontal and
industry-vertical Siebel applications (v 7.7/7.8/8.0 only). We offer following
training curriculums:
CRM 101 : Siebel Foundation Course
Designed for technical students preparing for
Siebel implementation and support project. Covers Installation, Configuration,
Data Imports and Business Process Automation.
CRM 102 : Business Analysts Foundation Course
Designed for Business Analysts preparing for Siebel
Implementation and Support project. This course develops Technical and
Functional knowledge needed by Business Analysts to understand business
requirements and transfer them into detail technical specifications to be used
by developers to implement Siebel applications
CRM 103 : Siebel Consulting Course
Designed to provide participants with theoretical,
hands-on and practical training of Siebel Applications. The course applies
Siebel Roadmap methodologies on business case to prepare participants into
Siebel consultant.
CRM 104 : Siebel Integration with other applications
Teach participants about various integration
strategies to integrate Siebel application with other applications. Covers EAI
and integration approach, Application Service Interface (ASI) including SOA and
Web Services.
CRM 105 : End-User Training courses in various applications of Siebel
Designed for users of Siebel application (such as
call center). It covers basic Siebel application handling and functionalities
enabling users to use Siebel application effectively.
CRM 101 : Siebel Foundation Course

The foundation course is designed for developers (technical) who
are involved in initial deployment of Siebel Application. The program provides
details on Siebel Architecture, Functionality, Data Model and Configuration, and
also covers related technologies required to implement Siebel projects.
Pre-requisites:
- Strong development background in Java/VB,
Database and related technologies
- Familiarity with Application Development
- Familiarity with Web-base and client/server applications
